1. Fitting Fee

• A non-refundable R30 fitting fee is required to secure this fitting appointment.
• You'll be taken to payment after accepting these terms — your fitting time is only secured once the fee is paid.

2. Payment and Deposit

• A deposit of R150 is required to secure the rental.
• Full payment must be made at least 3 days prior to the rental date.
• The deposit will be refunded in full once the dress is returned on time and in good condition.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a R200 cancellation fee.

4. Return Policy

• The dress must be returned by the agreed date.
• Late returns may result in forfeiture of the deposit or additional charges.

5. Care and Usage

• The dress must be returned in the same condition it was rented.
• Do not wash the dress after use. Washing may damage the fabric and result in cleaning or repair fees.
• Do not wear the dress to clubs or similar venues.
• Avoid exposure to water, including swimming pools.

6. Damage and Stains

• Any damage or stains will be assessed.
• Stains that cannot be removed will result in the renter being charged the full retail price of the dress.

7. Liability

• The renter is responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.
